Do you ever wish that you had access to a coach but are put-off by the cost? Have you ever wondered how you could develop your own skills so that you can become an effective coach for others? If so, Coaching 3's might just be for you. It provides the opportunity to learn about and practice proven coaching techniques, while also receiving direct coaching from fellow participants.
Here's how it works:
a closed group of 12 people meet online for an initial introduction and to learn the basics of how to conduct a coaching conversation. This session typically takes around 3-4 hours.
the group is divided into Coaching 3's - three people that will form a bond and commit to meet for online coaching sessions, typically weekly or fortnightly for around 90 minutes.
Within the Coaching 3, one person acts as coach, another the coachee and the third observes. After each coaching conversation, there is opportunity for reflection and learning before the roles rotate.
The wider group reconvenes on a monthly basis for a facilitated session in which experiences can be shared and to receive further learning about coaching techniques. These sessions are typically 2 hours in duration.
As the group progresses month-by-month, you will learn more and more about coaching, allowing you to improve your practice and to also reflect on your own personal development.
The cost for this is straight forward:
the Introductory Session (3-4 hours) is priced at £60.
the Monthly Group sessions (2 hours) are priced at £30/session.
The sessions where you meet as a Coaching 3 are entirely free and are held at the discretion of the members.
You can also make an up-front payment of £180 to cover the cost of the Introductory session and 5 months of Group session.
Please consider that the cost of a single session with some professional coaches might typically be £120 to £200+.
To register, please submit your details on the following form. You will be contacted for an initial discussion about the process, to make sure that it is right for you and to answer any questions that you might have. A group will be established as soon as there are between 12 participants that are able to meet at a mutually agreeable time each month.
